WeFit Terms & Conditions

Welcome to WeFit, operated by Agility Diagnostic, LLC (“WeFit,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website www.wefit.us, our mobile app, and any related services (together, the “Services”).

By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use our Services.
 

1. Who Can Use WeFit

You may use WeFit only if:

• You are 18 or older

• You are a U.S. resident and physically located in the U.S. at the time of service

• You provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when creating your account and during use of the Services

We may require you to confirm that your health information is accurate before you receive services.
 

2. What We Do (and Don’t Do)

WeFit connects you with independent licensed healthcare providers, compounding pharmacies, and labs.

• We do not provide medical care ourselves.

• All diagnosis, treatment decisions, and prescriptions are made solely by the provider.

• Signing up for WeFit does not guarantee that you will receive a prescription or treatment.

• We do not guarantee results from any program, medication, or service.
   

3. Payments & Subscriptions

• All fees must be paid in advance through our approved payment processor.

• No refunds will be given once an order is processed, a prescription is issued, or medication is shipped.

• Some services are sold as membership plans that auto-renew until you opt out. You may cancel future renewals at any time in your account settings, but charges already processed are non-refundable.
   

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use WeFit only for personal, lawful purposes

• Not share your account or login credentials

• Not abuse, threaten, or harass providers or WeFit staff

• Not misuse prescriptions, resell medications, or use medications in any way not prescribed by your provider

• Comply with all applicable laws regarding prescription drugs and health care
   

5. Intellectual Property

All WeFit content, branding, software, and other materials are owned by Agility Diagnostic, LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may use them only as part of our Services and not for any commercial purpose without our permission.

6. Disclaimers

• Our Services and all related information are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

• WeFit is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or errors beyond our control.

• The healthcare providers you interact with are solely responsible for the medical care they provide.
   

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, WeFit’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Services involved in the claim.
 

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between you and WeFit will be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court. You waive your right to participate in a class action or jury trial.
 

9. Cancellation & Termination

• You may cancel your account at any time, but charges already processed are non-refundable.

• WeFit may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services.
   

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted at www.wefit.us/terms. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through the Services.
